Abstract
製紙機械用ベルト（シュープレスベルト）において、湿紙搾水性がよく、紙質（湿紙平滑性やマーク性）が安定し、使用中のベルト外周面の損傷（クラックや磨耗）の少ないベルトを提供する。 湿紙からの搾水を受容するするフェルトを載置する抄紙用シュープレスベルトにおいて、該フェルト側の表面に機械走行方向に延設される排水溝の形状は、少なくとも２種類の相互に異なるものとする。 溝の断面形状はＵ字形又は台形の何れでも、溝底の形状も平底又は丸底の何れでも、また、それらの組み合わせであってもよい。 二種類の溝に機能を分担させることが可能となり、排水能力の向上と紙質や湿紙表面平滑性の向上とを同時に満足させることができる。
