Abstract

 接触または近接する物体の検出精度を容易に向上させることが可能な撮像装置を提供する。撮像素子が初期化された状態(リセット状態)での撮像処理により、オフセットノイズ(リセット画像R)を取得する。また、近接物体を撮像して得られる撮像画像(影画像Aや表示光利用画像B)に基づき、このオフセットノイズを考慮して指先抽出処理を行い、近接物体の物体情報を取得するようにする。装置内のオフセットノイズが簡易に抑えられつつ、近接物体の物体情報が取得可能となる。
