優れた粘着特性を示す粘着部材およびその製造方法を提供すること。 基材と該基材表面に形成された柱状の凸部とを含む粘着部材であって、該柱状の凸部がその側面に稜状の微細構造を有する、粘着部材、および、基材上において多孔質膜の孔に樹脂を充填する工程(1);該樹脂を硬化して該基材上に柱状の凸部を形成する工程(2);該多孔質膜を該基材から除去する工程(3);および該柱状の凸部にプラズマエッチング処理を行う工程(4);を含む、粘着部材の製造方法。
