Abstract
Disclosed is a technique to provide a QoS establishing method in which QNE has a tunnel end point function, so that even in a network not integrated, it is possible to reduce the number of signaling messages for modifying the route accompanying a handover of an MN having a plurality of interfaces and reduce the load on the network and the MN. According to the technique, the provided method includes: a step for a mobile terminal (100) to transmit a first message to a predetermined relay node (104) so as to request for QoS reservation on the route between the interface whose connection destination has been changed and a predetermined relay node; and a step for the predetermined relay node to perform a process required to establish a QoS reservation on the route between the interface whose connection destination is changed and the predetermined relay node according to the first message.
