Abstract

 成形時にバリの発生や気泡の含有を防止することができる熱硬化性樹脂からなる成形品の製造方法および射出成形装置を提供する。  製品部を成形するためのキャビティと、ゲート部を形成するゲートと、ランナー部を形成するランナーと、キャビティに連通し、オーバーフロー部を形成するオーバーフローキャッチャと、を備えた金型を用い、熱硬化性樹脂からなる成形品を製造する方法であって、ランナーからゲートを介してキャビティに、さらにこのキャビティからオーバーフローキャッチャを充填するまで、液状樹脂を射出する射出工程と、記金型内の液状樹脂を加温し固化する固化工程と、金型から、ランナー部とゲート部と製品部とオーバーフロー部とを備えた樹脂成形品を離型する離型工程と、離型した樹脂成形品の製品部からゲート部とオーバーフロー部とを切り離す切断工程と、を備えている。
