Abstract

L'invention concerne des modes de réalisation préférés d'une endoprothèse ayant un haut degré de flexibilité. L'endoprothèse peut comprendre un enroulement hélicoïdal continu ayant des supports interconnectés reliés au niveau de sommets, et ayant des ponts reliant les uns aux autres des parties de l'enroulement hélicoïdal. Un anneau annulaire peut être monté au niveau d'une ou des deux extrémités de l'enroulement hélicoïdal, et l'anneau annulaire peut avoir cinq prolongements qui s'étendent pour raccordement à l'enroulement hélicoïdal. Un des prolongements peut être raccordé à un pont et un autre prolongement peut être raccordé à un sommet. Les supports situés au niveau des extrémités de l'enroulement hélicoïdal peuvent avoir des longueurs de support qui sont différentes des longueurs de support des supports dans une partie centrale de l'enroulement entre les extrémités de l'enroulement.
