Abstract

 本発明は、銅を含有する金属材を熱間圧延処理することによって金属板を製造する熱間圧延装置に関する。この装置は、加熱処理された前記金属材の往復移動に伴って前記金属材を複数回圧延することで金属板に成形する粗圧延手段と、この粗圧延手段によって成形された金属板を曲げることなく加熱処理よりも低温にて保加熱処理する保加熱処理手段と、保加熱処理手段によって熱処理された金属板をさらに圧延処理する仕上げ圧延手段と、仕上げ圧延手段によって圧延処理された金属板を冷却する冷却手段と、金属板が前記粗圧延手段にて往復移動されている間、粗圧延手段の前後にて金属材を移動可能に下方から支持する支持テーブルとを備える。本発明によれば、熱間圧延装置において製造される金属板の品質を向上させることができるとともに、圧延に要するプロセスの速度の向上を図ることができる。
