Abstract

En découvrant des marqueurs d'antigène de surface qui sont positifs spécifiquement à des cellules souches cancéreuses dans une leucémie lymphocytaire aiguë, on vise à proposer un nouveau procédé pour trier et identifier des cellules souches cancéreuses dans une leucémie lymphocytaire aiguë avec l'aide des marqueurs ci-dessus et un coffret pour ceux-ci. A l'aide des marqueurs d'antigène de surface CD90 et CD110 comme indications, des cellules souches cancéreuses dans une leucémie lymphocytaire aiguë de lymphocytes T (TOUT-T) sont triées. A l'aide des marqueurs d'antigène de surface CD9 ou CD9 avec CD90 en tant qu'indications, des cellules souches cancéreuses dans une leucémie lymphocytaire aiguë de lymphocytes B (TOUT-B) sont triées.
