Abstract

La présente invention concerne une cuisinière (1) comprenant une plaque supérieure (2), de préférence en verre ou en céramique, au moins un dispositif chauffant (3) disposé sous la plaque supérieure (2), une plaque inférieur (4) faite, de préférence, d'une feuille métallique disposée sous la plaque supérieure (2) de manière à définir un volume fermé dans lequel sont contenus le dispositif chauffant (3), des éléments électriques et mécaniques et les connexions, et un ou plusieurs ressorts (5) fixés sur la plaque inférieure (4) connectée au dispositif chauffant (3) de manière que le dispositif chauffant (3) vienne en contact contre la plaque supérieure (2) pour maintenir un contact de surface total.
