Abstract

A facility and computer instructions for assembling, disassembling, shipping, storing, or combinations thereof, at least one item using a security cleared space connected to a port or aviation authority, comprising: a security cleared space connected to a port or aviation authority, means for screening at least one worker to permit entry of the worker, an assembly/disassembly area within the security cleared space, a storage area within the security cleared space, and a trans-shipment area within the security cleared space for loading items onto a transportation vessel connected to the security cleared space. Computer instructions instruct a processor to cause assembly and disassembly of items, cause movement of items to the storage area, and cause movement of assembled, disassembled, or stored items to the trans-shipment area.
