Abstract

　ＬＥＤ素子の性能を十分に発揮させることができ、常温において良好な輝度を得ることができるＬＥＤ駆動回路を得る。 　ＬＥＤ駆動回路１０は、ＬＥＤ素子１２と、定電流出力部１４と、負の抵抗温度係数を有する感温素子１６とからなる定電流回路で構成される。定電流出力部１４に直列にＬＥＤ素子１２を接続し、ＬＥＤ素子１２に並列に感温素子１４を接続する。感温素子１４の抵抗値の温度変化により、常温においては、ＬＥＤ素子１２に流れる電流の値を大きくし、高温においては、ＬＥＤ素子１２に流れる電流の値を小さくする。
