Abstract

L-リジン生産能を有し、かつ、N-アセチル-アンヒドロムラミル-L-アラニン-アミダーゼ及びefeO(ycdO)遺伝子によりコードされるタンパク質の少なくともいずれかの活性が増大するように改変された腸内細菌科に属する細菌を培地で培養して、L-リジンを該培地中又は菌体内に生成蓄積させ、該培地又は菌体よりL-リジンを採取することにより、L-リジンを製造する。
