Abstract

Provided is a binder, which has such a binding function and re-sealability as are soft for the hands of consumers and as can reduce environmental loads. In the binder, moreover, the binding portion in the binder connecting band hardly receives the influences of humidity changes. The binder having the binding function and the sealability is characterized in that it is made of double layers having a paper layer and has a binding hole generally at its central portion for binding a binding object, and in that a narrower opening than the binding hole for communicating with the binding hole is formed at one end. It is preferred that a synthetic resin layer is laminated between the two paper layers of the binder.
