Abstract

　ボイラのＮＯｘ排出量を著しく低減し、脱硝装置が不要の微粉炭火力発電システムを提供する。脱硝装置なしの場合、ボイラ排ガス中の水銀除去性能が悪化するため、それを防ぐ微粉炭ボイラの排ガス浄化システムを提供する。微粉炭を燃焼する火炉と、火炉に微粉炭と燃焼用空気を供給し、空気不足の状態で微粉炭を燃焼するバーナと、バーナの下流側に設けられた、完全燃焼用の空気を供給するアフタエアポートを有する微粉炭ボイラにおいて、火炉での空気比を１．０５～１．１４とし、最上段に設けられたバーナから主アフタエアポートまでの燃焼ガスの滞留時間を１．１～３．３秒とする。好ましくは、アフタエアポートから供給する空気に水を事前に混合して比熱を増加させる。更には、バーナの微粉炭搬送空気と燃焼用空気の一部を、火炉内に噴出する前に事前に混合する。また、微粉炭ボイラと、その下流に設けられたボイラ排ガスとの熱交換により前記微粉炭ボイラの燃焼用空気を加熱するエアヒータと、脱塵装置と、脱硫装置を備えた微粉炭ボイラの排ガス浄化システムにおいて、ハロゲンガス供給装置と水銀ガスを酸化する触媒装置および水銀吸着剤吹込み装置の少なくとも１つを備え、排ガス中の水銀を酸化する。
