Abstract
内部に蒸発空間(J)を形成する内筒(10)と、内筒(10)の外側に設けられ内筒(10)との間に凝縮空間(G)を形成する外筒(20)と、凝縮空間(G)内に設けられ下側から上側に向けて処理水を流通させ壁部が処理水により冷却される処理水管路(30)と、処理水管路(30)からの処理水を内筒(10)内の蒸発空間(J)に散布する散布部(50)と、処理水を加温する加温手段(70)とを備え、蒸発空間(J)からの気体を凝縮空間(G)側に流出させる流出口(12)を形成し、凝縮空間(G)からの気体を蒸発空間(J)側に流入させる流入口(13)を形成した。
