上述本发明的第一实施例与第二实施例, 分别实施有线耳机模 式免持通话与蓝牙耳机模式免持通话的手段于无线网络电话中, 以 达到无线网络电话免持听筒的功能, 进而解决人们持用手机型的无 线网络电话进行通话时, 手臂酸麻, 且于交通驾驶时容易发生危险 的缺点。

具体实施方式 请参考图 1, 为本发明第一实施例的通信示意图。 如图 1所示, 本发明的具有免持听筒的无线网络电话装置 10 可连线于无线网络 20, 并且通过无线网络 20进行网络电话通信 (VoIP) 。 使用者可 以操作一按键模块 103进行电话号码的拨打、 接听或各项网络电话 的相关功能, 并且利用一显示器 102进行各项功能的浏览。 无线网 络电话装置 10于电话通信时,使用者可通过一扬声器 104取得来话 的音频, 同时也可通过一麦克风 105进行回话, 达到网络电话的通 信。
配合图 1, 参考图 2, 为本发明操作环境的第一实施例示意图。 使用者 4可以将本发明的无线网络电话装置 10配带于身上,并使之 处于与无线网络 20通信连接状况。当无线网络电话装置 10来电时, 使用者 4可以手持无线网络电话装置 10, 且将之直接靠近使用者 4 的耳朵, 以进行通话。另外, 使用者 4也可以拉伸电话装置 10中一 收线单元 101的通信线 1014, 并且将连接于通信线 1014上的耳机 100置于使用者 4的耳朵上, 再配合麦克风 105以实施成一耳机免 持通话模式。 使用者 4同时可通过耳机免持通话模式, 同时进行通 话与屏幕浏览或接收网络信息的操作, 进而提高了通话的品质。
配合图 1,请参考图 3,为本发明第一实施例的电路方块示意图。 本发明的无线网络电话装置 10包括: 一控制模块 106、 一无线网络 电话模块 109、 一音频编 /解码单元 107、 一回音消除电路 108、 一 麦克风 105、一音频切换模块 110、一扬声器 104、一收线单元 101、 一耳机 100、 一存储器单元 111及一判断单元 112。
配合图 1,再参考图 3,无线网络电话模块 109连接于控制模块 106 以及连线于无线网络 20, 以提供网络电话通信服务。 音频编 / 解码单元 107连接于控制模块 106, 提供模拟音频与数字音频的转 换。 麦克风 105连接于音频编 /解码单元 107。 音频切换模块 110连 接于音频编 /解码单元 107, 作为音频输出路径的切换。 扬声器 104 连接于音频切换模块 110, 根据音频切换模块 110的切换动作, 以
输出音频。 收线单元 101具有一可供拉伸或卷收的通信线, 通信线 的一端连接于音频切换模块 110, 另一端连接于耳机 100, 耳机 100 根据音频切换模块 110的切换动作以输出音频。 判断单元 112连接 于音频切换模块 110与收线单元 101, 根据通信线拉伸或卷收, 以 控制音频切换模块 110的切换动作。
控制模块 106执行存储器单元 111 中的一网络通信软件 (如 SKYPE) , 并且控制无线网络电话模块 109以无线通信技术从无线 网络 20取得一来电封包信号 S1 , 并且通过处理该来电封包信号 S1 以输出一声音信号 S2给音频编 /解码单元 107。音频编 /解码单元 107 对声音频号 S2进行解码运算, 将数字形态的声音频号 S2解码成为 模拟形态的声音信号 S2。
使用者可以操作一连接于控制模块 106的按键模块 103, 以提 供一电话号码及各项功能指令给该控制模块 106, 进而执行电话号 码的拨打、 接听或各项网络电话的相关功能, 并且利用一连接于控 制模块 106的显示器 102进行各项功能的浏览。
音频切换模块 110通过回音消除电路 108连接于音频编 /解码单 元 107与判断单元 112, 接收模拟形态的声音信号 S2, 并且受控于 判断单元 112而进行声音信号 S2传输路径的切换。 此外, 音频切 换模块 110还连接扬声器 104与收线单元 101, 其中, 扬声器 104 用来提供扩音功能, 而收线单元 101用来连接耳机 100, 并让耳机 100得以拉伸与卷收于收线单元 101。
判断单元 112根据耳机 100拉伸或卷收于收线单元 101, 而输 出一高电位或低电位的判断信号 S3给音频切换模块 110,进而控制 声音信号 S2传输路径的切换,使之被传送至扬声器 104或耳机 100。 低电位的判断信号 S3控制音频切换模块 110将声音频号 S2送至扬 声器 104, 通过扬声器 104达到扩音输出, 并且配合连接于回音消 除电路 108的麦克风 105, 可以达到通话的目的。 而高电位的判断 信号 S3控制音频切换模块 110将声音信号 S2送至耳机 100, 并且 配合连接于回音消除电路 108的麦克风 105,可以达到通话的目的。 上述中, 回音消除电路 108用以消除扬声器 104与麦克风 105动作
时, 所产生的共鸣声音 (ECHO) 。
另外, 上述利用高电位或低电位的判断信号 S3, 来控制音频传 输路径的切换的方式, 仅为本发明的实施例, 然而若是使用其他方 式, 而能够达成与本实施例相同的功效, 仍属于本实施例的发明精 神。
配合图 3,请参考图 4,为本发明第一实施例的收线单元结构示 意图。本发明第一实施例的收线单元 101包括有一线槽 1010、一卷 线盘 1012、 一通信线 1014及一涡形弹簧 1016。 其中, 卷线盘 1012 与涡形弹簧 1016枢设于线槽 1010,且通信线 1014卷绕于可转动的 卷线盘 1012上。 通信线 1014受涡形弹簧 1016与卷线盘 1012转动 作用,而可供拉伸或卷收。且通信线 1014的一端连接于音频切换模 块 110, 另一端则连接于耳机 100。
配合图 3与图 4,请参考图 5,为本发明第一实施例的判断单元 与音频切换模块的电路示意图。 如图 5所示, 判断单元 112包括一 挂钩开关 SW1,挂钩开关 SW1的一端连接一高电位信号源 VBAT, 另一端通过一电阻 R1 连接到一低电位信号源 G与音频切换模块 110。挂钩开关 SW1根据该通信线 1014的拉伸或卷收进行开关 SW1 切换 ,进而提供高电位或低电位的判断信号 S3给音频切换模块 110, 以控制声音信号 S2的切换输出。
当无线网络电话装置 10来电时,若是使用者 4选择在手持模式 下通话时,收线单元 101处于卷收状态,挂钩开关 SW1则处于打开 状态 (OFF) 。 此时, 低电位信号源 G提供低电位的判断信号 S3, 并通过电阻 R1送至音频切换模块 110, 以致能控制芯片 U1动作, 让声音信号 S2经由电感器 L1再通过控制芯片 U1送至扬声器 104 进行扩音, 其中, 控制芯片 U1的型号为 NLASB3157。
此外, 若是使用者 4选择在耳机免持模式下通话时, 收线单元 101处于拉伸状态, 挂钩开关 SW1则处于闭合状态(ON) 。 此时, 高电位信号源 VBAT提供高电位的判断信号 S3, 并送至音频切换 模块 110, 以致能控制芯片 U2动作, 让声音信号 S2经由电感器 L2 再通过控制芯片 U2送至耳机 100, 而进行通话, 其中, 控制芯片
U2的型号为 NLASB3157。
综上所述,本发明第一实施例的无线网络电话装置 10提供了耳 机免持通话模式, 得以改善使用者 4持用手机型的无线网络电话进 行通话时, 手臂酸麻, 且于交通驾驶时容易发生危险的缺点。因此, 本发明第一实施例的无线网络电话装置 10,对于人们在生活上或工 作上的通话品质及通话需要形成莫大的帮助与便利。
请参考图 6, 为本发明第二实施例的通信示意图。如图 6所示, 本发明第二实施例的具有免持听筒的无线网络电话装置 3可连线于 无线网络 20, 并且通过无线网络 20进行网络电话通信 (VoIP) 。 无线网络电话装置 3包括一具有信号传输端 320的蓝牙耳机 32与一 具有耳机容置槽 301与控制电路板(未标示) 的电话本体 30, 其中 耳机容置槽 301可容置蓝牙耳机 32, 以让蓝牙耳机 32的信号传输 端 320电性连接到控制电路板。
另外,使用者可以操作电话本体 30上的一按键模块 303以进行 电话号码的拨打、 接听或各项网络电话的相关功能, 并且利用一电 话本体 30上的显示器 302进行各项功能的浏览。同时,无线网络电 话装置 3于电话通信时, 使用者 4可以通过一扬声器 304取得来话 的音频, 并通过一麦克风 305进行回话, 达到网络电话的通信。 或 者, 使用蓝牙耳机 32进行网络电话的免持通信。
配合图 6, 参考图 7, 为本发明操作环境的第二实施例示意图。 使用者 4可以将本发明的无线网络电话装置 3配带于身上, 并使之 处于与无线网络 20通信连接状况。 当无线网络电话装置 3来电时, 使用者 4可以手持无线网络电话装置 3, 且将之直接靠近使用者 4 的耳朵, 以进行通话。 另外, 使用者 4也可以取出蓝牙耳机 32, 并 且将其置于使用者 4的耳朵上,以实施成一蓝牙耳机免持通话模式。 使用者 4同时可通过蓝牙耳机免持通话模式, 同时进行通话与屏幕 浏览或接收网络信息的操作, 进而提高了通话的品质。
配合图 6,请参考图 8,为本发明第二实施例电话本体的电路方 块示意图。本发明的电话本体 30中的控制电路板包括有:一控制模 块 306、 一无线网络电话模块 309、 一音频编 /解码单元 307、 一回
音消除电路 308、一麦克风 305、一音频切换模块 310、一扬声器 304、 一存储器单元 311、 一判断与充电电路 312及一蓝牙模块 313。
配合图 6与图 7, 再参考图 8, 蓝牙模块 313连接于控制模块 306, 受控于控制模块 306, 而与蓝牙耳机 32进行语音无线传输。 无线网络电话模块 309连接于控制模块 306, 受控于控制模块 306, 而与无线网络 20连线, 以提供网络电话通信服务。 音频编 /解码单 元 307连接于控制模块 306,受控于控制模块 306, 以提供模拟音频 与数字音频的转换。 判断与充电电路 312连接于控制模块 306, 用 以判断耳机容置槽 301是否容置有蓝牙耳机 32。判断与充电电路 312 根据蓝牙耳机 32的信号传输端 320是否与其有电性连接,而判断蓝 牙耳机 32是否容置于耳机容置槽 301中,并于耳机容置槽 301容置 蓝牙耳机 32时, 对蓝牙耳机 32充电。 音频切换模块 310连接于控 制模块 306、 蓝牙模块 313及音频编 /解码单元 307, 受控于控制模 块 306, 以切换音频传输路径。 回音消除电路 308连接于音频切换 模块 310、扬声器 304及麦克风 305,用以消除扬声器 304与麦克风 305动作时, 所产生的共鸣声音 (ECHO) 。
控制模块 306 执行存储器单元 311 中的一网络通信软件 (如 SKYPE) , 并且控制无线网络电话模块 309以无线通信技术从无线 网络 20取得一来电封包信号 S1 ,并且通过处理该来电封包信号 S1 , 以输出一声音信号 S2给音频编 /解码单元 307。音频编 /解码单元 307 对声音信号 S2进行解码运算, 将数字形态的声音信号 S2解码成为 模拟形态的声音信号 S2。
此时,判断与充电电路 312会送出一通知指令给控制模块 306, 用以告知蓝牙耳机 32与电话本体 30是否分离。 若是蓝牙耳机 32 结合于电话本体 30中, 则控制模块 306会控制音频切换模块 310 切换音频传输路径,让音频编 /解码单元 307与扬声器 304及麦克风 305建立音频传输路径。 同时, 判断与充电电路 312对容置于电话 本体 30的蓝牙耳机 32进行充电。 上述中, 音频切换模块 310通过 回音消除电路 308连接于扬声器 304与麦克风 305, 且回音消除电 路 308用以消除扬声器 304与麦克风 305动作时, 所产生的共鸣声
音 (ECHO) 。
另外, 若是控制模块 306得知蓝牙耳机 32与电话本体 30分离 后, 即控制音频切换模块 310进行音频传输路径的切换, 让音频编 / 解码单元 307与蓝牙模块 313建立音频传输路径。 此时, 控制模块 306控制蓝牙模块 313使之与蓝牙耳机 32进行语音无线传输,进而 达到无线通话的功能。
使用者 4可以操作一连接于控制模块 306的按键模块 303, 以 提供一电话号码及各项功能指令给该控制模块 306, 进而执行电话 号码的拨打、 接听或各项网络电话的相关功能, 并且利用一连接于 控制模块 306的显示器 302进行各项功能的浏览。
综上所述, 本发明一种具有免持听筒的无线网络电话装置, 可 通过无线网络进行网络电话通信, 并且可实施成有线耳机模式免持 通话或蓝牙耳机模式免持通话, 以达到免持听筒的功能。 同时, 通 过免持听筒的功能得以改善使用者 4持用手机型的无线网络电话进 行通话时, 手臂酸麻, 且于交通驾驶时容易发生危险的缺点。如此, 本发明对于人们在生活上或工作上的通话品质及通话需要形成莫大 的帮助与便利。
因此, 本发明完全符合发明专利的进步性要求, 故依专利法提 出申请, 请详査并准予本发明, 以保障发明者的权益, 若有任何的 稽疑, 请不吝来函指示。
因此, 以上所述, 仅为本发明优选的具体实施例, 本发明的特 征并不局限于此, 任何本技术领域的普通技术人员在本发明的领域 内, 可轻易作出的变化或修饰, 都可涵盖在随附的权利要求所限定 的保护范围中。
Claims
1.一种具有免持听筒的无线网络电话装置, 其特征在于, 包括- 一控制模块;
一无线网络电话模块,连接于该控制模块以及连线一无线网络, 以提供网络电话通信服务;
一音频编 /解码单元, 连接于该控制模块, 该音频编 /解码单元 提供模拟音频与数字音频的转换;
一麦克风, 连接于该音频编 /解码单元;
一音频切换模块, 连接于该音频编 /解码单元, 作为音频输出路 径的切换;
一扬声器, 连接于该音频切换模块, 根据该音频切换模块的切 换动作, 以输出音频;
一收线单元, 具有一可供拉伸或卷收的通信线, 且该通信线的 一端连接于该音频切换模块;
一耳机, 连接于该通信线的另一端, 根据该音频切换模块的切 换动作, 以输出音频; 及
一判断单元, 连接于该音频切换模块与该收线单元, 该判断单 元根据该通信线拉伸或卷收, 以控制该音频切换模块的切换动作。
2.如权利要求 1所述的具有免持听筒的无线网络电话装置, 其 特征在于, 进一步包括有一回音消除电路, 该回音消除电路连接于 该音频编 /解码单元、 该音频切换模块及该麦克风, 用以消除该扬声 器与该麦克风动作时, 所产生的共鸣声音。
3.如权利要求 1所述的具有免持听筒的无线网络电话装置, 其 特征在于, 进一步包括有一显示器连接于该控制模块。
4.如权利要求 1所述的具有免持听筒的无线网络电话装置, 其 特征在于, 进一步包括有一按键模块连接于该控制模块, 该按键模 块提供一电话号码及各项功能指令给该控制模块。
5.如权利要求 1所述的具有免持听筒的无线网络电话装置, 其
特征在于, 进一步包括有一存储器单元连接于该控制模块, 该存储 器单元存储有一网络通信软件。
6.如权利要求 1所述的具有免持听筒的无线网络电话装置, 其 特征在于, 该判断单元包括一挂钩开关, 该挂钩开关的一端连接一 高电位信号源, 另一端连接到一低电位信号源与该音频切换模块, 该挂钩开关根据该通信线的拉伸或卷收进行开关切换, 进而提供高 电位或低电位的该判断信号给该音频切换模块, 以控制该输出音频 的切换输出。
7.如权利要求 1所述的具有免持听筒的无线网络电话装置, 其 特征在于,该收线单元进一步包括一线槽、一卷线盘及一涡形弹簧, 该卷线盘与该涡形弹簧枢设于该线槽, 该通信线卷绕于该卷线盘, 该通信线受该涡形弹簧作用, 而可供拉伸或卷收。
8.如权利要求 1所述的具有免持听筒的无线网络电话装置, 其 特征在于, 该判断单元根据该通信线的拉伸, 以控制该音频切换模 块将音频切换至该耳机输出, 并且根据该通信线的卷收, 以控制该 音频切换模块将音频切换至该扬声器输出。
9.一种具有免持听筒的无线网络电话装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 一蓝牙耳机, 具有一信号传输端;
一电话本体, 具有一耳机容置槽与一控制电路板, 其中该耳机 容置槽可容置该蓝牙耳机, 以让该蓝牙耳机的信号传输端电性连接 到该控制电路板, 该控制电路板包括有:
一控制模块;
一蓝牙模块, 连接于该控制模块, 该蓝牙模块与该蓝牙耳机进 行语音无线传输;
一无线网络电话模块, 连接于该控制模块, 该无线网络电话模 块连线一无线网络, 以提供网络电话通信服务;
一音频编 /解码单元, 连接于该控制模块, 该音频编 /解码单元 提供模拟音频与数字音频的转换;
一判断与充电电路, 连接于该控制模块, 该判断与充电电路判 断该耳机容置槽是否容置该蓝牙耳机, 并于该耳机容置槽容置该蓝
牙耳机时, 对该蓝牙耳机充电;
一音频切换模块, 连接于该控制模块、 该蓝牙模块及该音频编 / 解码单元, 该音频切换模块受控于该控制模块, 以切换音频传输路 径;
一扬声器;
一麦克风; 及
一回音消除电路, 连接于该音频切换模块、 该扬声器及该麦克 风, 该回音消除电路用以消除该扬声器与该麦克风运行动作时, 所 产生的共鸣声音。
10.如权利要求 9所述的具有免持听筒的无线网络电话装置,其 特征在于, 进一步包括有一显示器连接于该控制模块。
11.如权利要求 9所述的具有免持听筒的无线网络电话装置,其 特征在于, 进一步包括有一按键模块, 该按键模块连接于该控制模 块, 提供一电话号码及各项功能指令给该控制模块。
12.如权利要求 9所述的具有免持听筒的无线网络电话装置,其 特征在于, 进一步包括有一存储器单元连接于该控制模块, 该存储 器单元存储有一网络通信软件与一蓝牙通信软件。
13.如权利要求 9所述的具有免持听筒的无线网络电话装置, 其 特征在于, 该音频切换模块于该蓝牙耳机容置该耳机容置槽时, 将 音频切换至该扬声器输出,并且于该蓝牙耳机切离该耳机容置槽时, 将音频切换至该蓝牙耳机输出。
