Abstract

La présente invention concerne un verre en paillettes formé à partir d'une composition qui a un facteur de transmission lumineuse à une longueur d'onde de 360 nm pas inférieur à 80 % lorsqu'il est moulé en une plaque de verre ayant une épaisseur de 1 mm, tout en ayant un indice de réfraction à une longueur d'onde de 360 nm à l'intérieur de la plage de 1,55 à 1,61. En outre, la composition de verre utilisée pour le verre en paillette a de préférence un indice de réfraction à une longueur d'onde de 1300 nm dans la plage de 1,53 à 1,57.
