Best: Mode for Carrying Out: the Invention
Multi-sealing pouches according to preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to accompanying drawings.
FIG. 2 is a view showing a multi-sealing pouch 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a view showing a multi-sealing pouch 110 according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the present invention relates a multi-sealing pouch 100 that receives different contents in each separated packaging space and allows a user to mix the different contents without opening the pouch 100.
The multi-sealing pouch 100 is formed of a rectangular body 10 that is made of a heat resistant synthetic resin and is sealed at edges thereof by thermal adhesion so as to have a packaging space 11 therein.
In this case, the body 10 includes sealing parts 20 formed in a width direction of the body 10 at regular intervals so that the packaging space 11 is divided into several independent packaging spaces 11.
Further, notches 30 are formed at positions, which correspond to the divided packaging spaces 11, on the side surface of the body so that the contents are independently released.
Each of the sealing parts 20 is thermally adhered to the body so as to have inclined surfaces 21, which are inclined downward so as to guide the contents received in the packaging space 11 downward.
Each of the sealing parts 20 includes a semi-sealing portion 22 at the lower end of the inclined surface 21 so that the semi-sealing portion 20 is opened and the contents are mixed with the contents received in another packaging space 11 if pressure is applied to each of the packaging spaces 11.
Accordingly, the contents received in the packaging spaces 11 can be mixed with each other without opening the pouch 100.
Meanwhile, each of the sealing parts 20 may have a ribbon shape like in the multi-sealing pouch 100 according to the first embodiment shown in FIG. 2.
Further, each of the sealing parts 20 may have a ribbon shape so that a semi-sealing portion 22 is positioned at one side of the center of the sealing part, like in a multi- sealing pouch 110 according to a second embodiment shown in FIG. 3. In this case, the semi-sealing portions 22 may be positioned at the same side of the center of the sealing part, or may be positioned at the different sides of the center of the sealing part so as to be positioned in a zigzag pattern.
Meanwhile, the body 10 may be made of an opaque heat resistant synthetic resin, and may be made of a transparent heat resistant synthetic resin so that the contents are identified.
FIG. 4 is a view showing a multi-sealing pouch 120 according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a view showing a multi-sealing pouch 130 according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 4, each of sealing parts 20 of the multi-sealing pouch 120 according to the third embodiment has a butterfly shape. The butterfly shape is obtained by removing the half of the ribbon shape from the ribbon shape of the first and second embodiments.
Further, the multi-sealing pouch 130 according to the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. 5 includes sealing parts 20 of which semi-sealing portions 22 are positioned at one side of the center thereof, like FIG. 3. In the multi-sealing pouches according to the third and fourth embodiments, each of the sealing parts also has inclined surfaces 21, and a semi-sealing portion 22 is formed at the lower ends of the inclined surfaces 21.
FIG. 6 is a view showing a multi-sealing pouch 140 according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 7 is a view showing a multi-sealing pouch 150 according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, each of sealing parts 20 may have a triangular shape so as to include an inclined surface 21.
In this case, each of the semi-sealing portions 22 is connected to the side surface of the body 10. In addition, the semi-sealing portions 22 may be alternately positioned in a zigzag pattern like in a sixth embodiment shown in FIG.
7.
FIG. 8 is a view showing that the multi-sealing pouch 120 according to the third embodiment of the present invention is in use.
As shown in FIG. 8, pressure is applied to the packaging space A so that the semi-sealing portion 22 formed at the sealing part 20 is broken, in order to mix contents received in a packaging space A with contents received in a lower packaging space B. Then, the contents can be mixed with each other. The mixture of the contents can be released through a notch corresponding to the packaging space B.
Meanwhile, pressure is applied to the packaging space A and then applied to the packaging spaces A and B in order to mix the contents received in each of the packaging spaces A, B, and C with one another.
Industrial Applicability
As described above, a multi-sealing pouch according to the embodiment of the present invention receives different contents and allows a user to mix the different contents without opening the pouch. Therefore, it is possible to conveniently use the pouch and to maintain products clean.
Further, a multi-sealing pouch includes inclined surfaces so that the contents can be guided downward without loss of the contents when pressure is applied to each of the packaging spaces. Therefore, it is possible to minimize the amount of the loss of the contents. As a result, it is possible to prevent environmental pollution.
