Abstract

The present invention relates to a food transportation-, food processing- and/or food packaging apparatus which is at least partially surrounded by a sterilised or germ reduced zone. The present invention further relates to a process for the transportation, processing and/or packaging of food, which takes place at least partially in a sterilised or germ reduced zone. Additionally, the present invention relates to a food product available with the inventive process.
