Abstract
L'invention concerne des procédés de profilage multidimensionnel d'agents biologiquement actifs, permettant de déterminer les effets de ces agents sur des systèmes biologiques. Les procédés selon l'invention consistent à surveiller en temps réel l'impédance de réponses cellulaires à des agents biologiquement actifs et à classer par catégories les profils cinétiques cellulaires par groupes de profils de réponses cellulaires spécifiques de mécanismes. Le regroupement de profils de réponses cellulaires similaires permet d'établir la corrélation agent-mécanisme, ce qui permet d'identifier les applications thérapeutiques potentielles de ces agents ou d'avancer dans l'étude des réponses ou mécanismes cellulaires.
