Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Lagereinheit zur axialen Positionierung einer Welle (15) umfassend eine Wälzlageranordnung mit mindestens einem Axiallager (5), sowie ein Einstellmittel, welches über ein achsparallel zur Welle (15) verlaufendes Einstellgewinde an die Welle (15) gekoppelt ist, sodass bei Verdrehung des Einstellmittels eine axiale Relativverschiebung zwischen Welle (15) und Axiallager (5) resultiert. Als Einstellmittel ist beispielsweise eine Wellenbüchse (17) vorgesehen, mit einem Gewinde zum Einstellen der axialen Position der Wellenbüchse (17) und damit der Position der Welle (15). Alternativ kann an einem Axiallager (5) ein Innenring (13) eine axiale Erweiterung (25) mit Innengewinde aufweisen, welches in ein Aussengewinde der Welle (15) eingreift. Ebenso ist es möglich, einen Distanzring (16), der zwischen Radiallager (3) und Axiallager (5) wellenseitig angeordnet ist, mit einer Einstellhülse (33) mit Aussengewinde zu kombinieren, wobei durch Drehen des Aussenrings (9) die Welle (15) positionierbar ist. Weitere Abwandlungen dieses Einstellprinzips sind möglich.
