根据本发明的目的, 本发明提供一种在透明的光介质中造成内全反射的充气全反 射片装置, 其特征在于, 充气全反射片装置为三层结构体, 两外层形成一透明气密封 套; 中间层为图文层, 置于两外层形成的气密封套中; 气密封套中保有气体, 形成一 气体层; 充气全反射片装置, 置于透明的光介质中, 气体层在透明的光介质中造成内 全反射。
本发明适用于门板、 窗板、 桌面、 墙面、 砖形饰板、 屏风、 镜框、 画框、 纸镇、 匾牌、奖牌等具有平面结构的设施或对象, 创造出以特殊投光效果为特点的视觉效果。 附图说明
为进一步说明本发明具体技术内容,以下结合实施例及附图详细说明如后,其中: 图 1是本发明的一个实施例结构示意图, 平面饰板装置内第一层结构体和第二层 结构体的直角三角形棱柱体的一股与饰板面垂直, 弦面平行排列时的结构示意图。
图 2是本发明的充气全反射片结构示意图。
图 3是本发明的第二个实施例结构示意图, 平面饰板装置内第一层结构体和第二 层结构体的等腰直角三角形棱柱体的弦面与饰板面平行的结构示意图。
图 4是本发明的第三个实施例结构示意图, 平面饰板装置, 包含至少一组, 由两 个平行弦面和一介于两个平行弦面间与饰板面垂直的股面, 组成的两次全反射双连体 的结构示意图。
图 5是本发明平面饰板装置的第一层结构体和第二层结构体, 以液体为介质时的 结构说明图。
图 6是本发明平面饰板装置的第一层结构体和第二层结构体结合为一矩形板体 形状的容器, 以液体为光介质, 并利用充气全反射片进行全反射作用的结构说明图。
具体实施方式
请参阅图 1所示, 图 1是本发明的一个实施例结构示意图, 平面饰板装置 1, 有 第一层结构体 2和第二层结构体 3, 第一层结构体 2和第二层结构体 3的直角三角形 棱柱体的一股与饰板面垂直, 各棱柱体的弦面为平行排列。
第一层结构体 2和第二层结构体 3用 PMMA聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯制成, PMMA聚 甲基丙烯酸甲酯的折射率为 1 . 4 9, 相对于空气的全反射角小于 4 5度。
第一层结构体 2和第二层结构体 3的中间, 夹有一充气全反射片装置 5, 充气全 反射片装置 5为三层结构, 两外层形成一透明气密封套, 中间层为图文层, 图文层印 有图文或保持透明, 置于两外层形成的气密封套中, 气密封套中保有气体, 形成一体 气层, 气体层对穿过第一层结构体 2或第二层结构体 3的光线, 能产生内全反射作用。
图 1中光线路径 6, 是由弦面全反射而出的视线路径, 观看者由此视线路径, 能 看到垂直于饰板面的股面位置的图文影像, 却看不到弦面段的图文影像; 观看时若视 角小于全反射角, 如视线路径 7所示, 则看不到垂直于饰板面的股面位置的图文影像, 但是却可看到弦面段的图文影像, 若是弦面段的全反射片 5为透明, 则视线穿越饰板 装置 1, 如视线路径 7的虚线所示。
图 1中第一层结构体 2和第二层结构体 3, 用边框 4固定; 也可用超声波将第一 层结构体 2和第二层结构体 3的接触面 W焊接固定;充气全反射片也可用透明胶与结 构体粘合。
图 2所示为充气全反射片装置 5的结构示意图。 充气全反射片装置 5为三层结 构, 两外层, 第一外层 5 1和第二外层 5 2 , 形成一透明气密封套, 中间层 5 3为图 文层; 图文层印有图文或保持透明, 置于两外层形成的气密封套 5 4中, 气密封套的 周边封死如 5 5所示; 气密封套中保有气体 A, 例如干燥氮气, 形成一气体层, 气体 层对穿过第一层结构体 2或第二层结构体 3的光线, 能产生内全反射作用, 如视线路 径 6所示, 能看到垂直于饰板面的股面位置的图文影像; 视角小于全反射角时, 如视 线路径 7所示, 才能看到弦面图文层。
图 3为本发明的第二个实施例结构示意图, 平面饰板装置内第一层结构体和第二 层结构体的直角三角形棱柱体, 为弦面与饰板面平行的等腰三角形棱柱体, 等腰三角 形棱柱体的两个股面, 构成一正像反射镜, 当垂直方向入视时, 将看到自己的影像, 并且镜中影像的左右与实物一致, 如 8 L、 8 R所示, 与平面镜不同, 平面镜中的影像
是左右颠倒的; 观看时若视角小于全反射角, 如视线路径 7所示, 则能看到股面位置 的图文影像, 若是股面段的全反射片装置 5为透明, 则视线 7穿越饰板装置 1, 如视 线路径 7的虚线所示。
第一层结构体 2和第二层结构体 3, 可用超声波将第一层结构体 2和第二层结构 体 3的接触面 W焊接固定; 充气全反射片也可用透明胶与结构体粘合。
图 4为本发明的第三个实施例结构示意图, 平面饰板装置 1 , 包含至少一组能进 行两次全反射的双连体, 双连体包含两个平行弦面和一个介于两平行弦面间与饰板面 垂直的股面, 双连体内股面段的图文片保持透明。
观看时若视角大于全反射角, 如视线路径 9所示, 则能看到饰板装置 1背面经两 次全反射, 传至前面的影像; 观看时若视角小于全反射角, 如视线路径 7所示, 则可 看到股面段充气全反射片装置 5内部的图文影像。
图 5为本发明装饰艺术装置的第一层结构体和第二层结构体, 以液体为介质时的 结构说明图。
图中第一层结构体和第二层结构体的三角形锯齿状棱柱体结构为透明容器, 透明 容器内注入水液或折射率不小于水的液体;
水液的折射率为 1 . 3 3, 相对于空气的全反射角为 4 8 . 2度, 因此看到股面图 像的角度较为倾斜, 但是产生特殊视觉效果的作用并无不同。
第一层结构体和第二层结构体中间, 有一充气全反射片装置 5, 在此实施例中, 充气全反射片装置 5的气密封套, 对图文片能提供保护, 例如防止水气、 霉变、 灰尘 等, 在维护时甚至可以进行清洗, 显然是较佳选择。
图 6为本发明装饰艺术装置的第一层结构体 2和第二层结构体 3, 结合为一矩形 板体形状的容器 2 3的实施例, 容器内注入水或折射率不小于水的透明液体, 容器内 的液体, 用预先成形的充气全反射片装置 5, 分隔为直角三角形或直角等腰三角形或 等腰三角形或交错配置而成的锯齿状棱柱形水体分区。
充气全反射片装置为三层结构, 两外层形成一透明气密封套, 中间层为图文层, 置于两外层形成的气密封套中, 气密封套中保有气体, 形成一气体层; 气体层对穿过 透明液体的光线会产生全反射作用。 视线路径 6 '、 视线路径 7、 视线路径 8 '、 视线 路径 9 ' , 可以观看到各种不同的影像, 如同前文所述。
视线路径 8 ' 虽然不能像附图 3中的 8 L、 8 R所示, 观看者能看到自己的影像, 但是视线路径 8 ' 却能看到与观看者自己同侧的人或物的正像, 与平面镜所见有很大
不同, 在视觉上造成很特别的经验。
充气全反射片装置, 为固定装置或活动装置, 在矩形板体形状的容器中有必要的 定位机构, 使充气全反射片装置保持定位。
充气全反射片装置, 在以液体为导光介质的装置中, 具有很大的应用弹性, 可随 时更换充气全反射片装置, 改变视觉外貌。

Claims
1、 一种具装饰功能的饰板装置, 饰板装置的结构包含一第一层结构体和一第二 层结构体, 第一层结构体和第二层结构体中间有一充气全反射片装置;
其特征在于, 第一层结构体具一平面侧, 平面侧的另侧为直角三角形锯齿状棱柱 体结构, 直角三角形锯齿状棱柱体的一股与饰板面垂直;
第二层结构体和第一层结构体为互补形契合体;
第一层结构体和第二层结构体的直角三角形锯齿状棱柱体相互契合, 组合为一平 面板体;
充气全反射片装置为三层结构体,两外层形成一透明气密封套,中间层为图文层, 置于两外层形成的气密封套中, 气密封套中保有气体, 形成一气体层。
2、 一种具装饰功能的饰板装置, 饰板装置的结构包含一第一层结构体和一第二 层结构体, 第一层结构体和第二层结构体中间有一充气全反射片装置;
其特征在于, 第一层结构体具一平面侧, 平面侧的另侧为等腰三角形锯齿状棱柱 体结构, 等腰三角形锯齿状棱柱体的底面与饰板面平行;
第二层结构体和第一层结构体为互补形契合体;
第一层结构体和第二层结构体的等腰三角形锯齿状棱柱体相互契合, 组合为一平 面板体;
充气全反射片装置为三层结构体,两外层形成一透明气密封套,中间层为图文层, 置于两外层形成的气密封套中, 气密封套中保有气体, 形成一气体层。
3、 一种具装饰功能的饰板装置, 饰板装置的结构包含一第一层结构体和一第二 层结构体, 第一层结构体和第二层结构体中间有一充气全反射片装置;
其特征在于, 第一层结构体具一平面侧, 平面侧的另侧为等腰直角三角形锯齿状 棱柱体结构, 等腰直角三角形锯齿状棱柱体的弦面与饰板面平行;
第二层结构体和第一层结构体为互补形契合体;
第一层结构体和第二层结构体的等腰直角三角形锯齿状棱柱体相互契合, 组合为 一平面板体;
充气全反射片装置为三层结构体,两外层形成一透明气密封套,中间层为图文层, 置于两外层形成的气密封套中, 气密封套中保有气体, 形成一气体层。
4、 一种具装饰功能的饰板装置, 饰板装置的结构包含一第一层结构体和一第二 层结构体, 第一层结构体和第二层结构体中间有一充气全反射片装置;
其特征在于, 第一层结构体具一平面侧, 平面侧的另侧为直角三角形锯齿状棱柱 体结构;
第二层结构体和第一层结构体为互补形契合体;
第一层结构体和第二层结构体的直角三角形锯齿状棱柱体相互契合, 组合为一平 面板体;
饰板装置内包含至少一组能进行两次全反射的透视段, 透视段包含两个平行弦面 和一个介于两平行弦面间与饰板面垂直的股面, 透视段内股面段的图文片保持透明; 充气全反射片装置为三层结构体,两外层形成一透明气密封套,中间层为图文层, 置于两外层形成的气密封套中, 气密封套中保有气体, 形成一气体层。
5、 一种具装饰功能的饰板装置, 饰板装置的结构包含一第一层结构体和一第二 层结构体, 第一层结构体和第二层结构体中间有一充气全反射片装置;
其特征在于, 第一层结构体具一平面侧, 平面侧的另侧为两背对背直角三角形组 成的三角形锯齿状棱柱体结构;
第二层结构体和第一层结构体为互补形契合体;
第一层结构体和第二层结构体的三角形锯齿状棱柱体相互契合, 组合为一平面板 体;
充气全反射片装置为三层结构体,两外层形成一透明气密封套,中间层为图文层, 置于两外层形成的气密封套中, 气密封套中保有气体, 形成一气体层。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4或 5所述的一种具装饰功能的饰板装置, 其中 饰板装置的结构包含一第一层结构体和一第二层结构体, 第一层结构体和第二层结构 体中间有一充气全反射片装置;
其特征在于, 其中第一层结构体和第二层结构体的三角形锯齿状棱柱体为相互契 合的任意排列, 组合为一平面板体;
充气全反射片装置为三层结构体,两外层形成一透明气密封套,中间层为图文层, 置于两外层形成的气密封套中, 气密封套中保有气体, 形成一气体层;
充气全反射片装置三层片状结构体, 预成形为契合第一层结构体和第二层结构体 三角形锯齿状棱柱体的形状, 置于第一层结构体和第二层结构体之间, 一体组合为一 平面板体。
7、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4或 5所述的一种具装饰功能的饰板装置内的充 气全反射片装置, 其特征在于, 其中充气全反射片装置为三层片状结构体, 预成形为 契合第一层结构体和第二层结构体三角形锯齿状棱柱体的形状;
预成形的充气全反射片装置三层片状结构体, 置于第一层结构体和第二层结构体 之间, 一体组合为一平面板体, 组合的方法为透明胶粘合或第一层结构体和第二层结 构体接触面用超声波焊接或加外框固定。
8、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4或 5所述的一种具装饰功能的饰板装置, 饰板 装置的结构包含一第一层结构体和一第二层结构体, 第一层结构体和第二层结构体中 间有一充气全反射片装置;
第一层结构体具一平面侧, 平面侧的另侧为三角形锯齿状棱柱体结构; 第二层结构体和第一层结构体为互补形契合体;
其特征在于, 其中第一层结构体和第二层结构体的三角形锯齿状棱柱体结构为透 明容器, 透明容器内注入水液或折射率不小于水的液体。
9、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4或 5所述的一种具装饰功能的饰板装置, 其特 征在于, 其中饰板装置的第一层结构体和第二层结构体结合为一矩形的容器, 容器内 注入折射率不小于水的透明液体, 容器内的液体, 用充气全反射片装置分隔为直角三 角形或直角等腰三角形或等腰三角形或交错配置的三角形锯齿状棱柱形水体分区; 充气全反射片装置为三层结构体,两外层形成一透明气密封套,中间层为图文层, 置于两外层形成的气密封套中, 气密封套中保有气体, 形成一气体层;
充气全反射片装置, 为固定装置或活动装置。
