Abstract

L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés d'administration de médicaments composites destinés à conserver ou à améliorer l'intégrité des passages corporels (par exemple, des vaisseaux sanguins) après une intervention chirurgicale, telle qu'une greffe, ou une blessure. Les systèmes d'administration comprennent un ou plusieurs agents bioactifs et une matrice polymère, renforcée par une construction fibreuse.
