Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de service qui est destiné à des denrées rapidement périssables et qui comprend une plaque de pose (2) présentant au moins une surface de pose pour les aliments, ainsi qu'un dispositif de chauffage et/ou de refroidissement qui est ou peut être mis en contact thermique avec la plaque de pose (2), qui présente au moins un élément Peltier et qui peut être raccordé à une source d'énergie électrique. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que l'élément Peltier (3) est placé sur la face opposée à la surface de pose de la plaque de pose (2) et est en contact physique direct ou indirect avec cette plaque, en ce que le dispositif de service comprend au moins un corps échangeur thermique (5) qui est en contact thermique avec l'élément Peltier (3) et qui est isolé thermiquement de la plaque de pose (2) au moyen d'une zone d'appui présentant au moins une couche isolante thermique (4) sur laquelle repose la plaque de pose (2), et en ce que l'élément Peltier (3) est placé entre la plaque de pose et la zone d'appui du corps échangeur thermique (5).
