Abstract

The invention relates to an authentication method comprising a step of requesting access to a communication network (R1; R3) by a user (A) equipped with a first terminal (1) able to establish communication with at least one second terminal (3), characterized in that the method further comprises: a step of inserting a field and a biometric datum (DBn) of the user (A) in a message M1; M2); a step of sending said message (M1; M2) to the second terminal (3); a step of detecting said field; and a step of comparing the biometric datum (DBn) with the prerecorded biometric datum (DBrefn).
