Verwendungsmöglichkeit: Herstellung eines pflanzlichen Sedativum mit Myrrhe und Süßholzwurzel. Tagesdosis: Süßholzwurzel 15-25 mg; Myrrhe 6-10 mg.

1. Bezeichnung der Erfindung: SOPORUS; SEDATIVUM MIT MYRRHE UND SÜSSHOLZWURZEL
2. technisches Gebiet: mikrobiologisches Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Mittels
3. Stand der Technik:
Myrrhe: Wirkung: antiphlogistisch ; Verwendung: unspez. Darminfektionen ; Dosierung: 600-1200 mg/Tag Myrrhinil-Intest Dragees (Rote Liste 1995 (59 273) )
Süßholz: Wirkung: antiphlogistisch, spasmolytisch ;
Verwendung: Ulcus ventriculi, Expektorans ; Dosierung:
1200-2400 mg/Tag Ulgastin Neu (Rote Liste 1995 )

Der Fachmann würde einen additiven Effekt als Anti- phlogisticum erwarten und sich der erprobten Dosierung bedienen.
4. Beschreibung der Erfindung:
Unsere erfinderische Tätigkeit ist die Entdeckung eines synergistischen Effektes von Myrrhe und Süßholzwurzel mit den Eigenschaften eines Sedativum.
Die Kombination von Myrrhe und Süßholz ergiebt neue
Indikationsmerkmale, welche die Einzelstoffe nicht besitzen.
5. Herstellung:
Als Trägersubstanz wir handelsüblicher herber Rotwein verwendet. Es werden Tinctura Myrrhae und Succus Liquiritiae depur. Solut hinzugegeben. In der von uns erprobten Tagesdosis von 25 Tropfen Tinktur sind:
Süßholzwurzel 25 mg ; Mürrhe 10 mg enthalten.
Bei dieser Dosierung sind keine Nebenwirkungen zu erwarten. ° Beweis: [Sequensprotokoll] Statistik
