Abstract

Bielle en métal pulvérulent fritté comprenant (i) une section formant poutre médiane, une extrémité côté piston, et une extrémité côté vilebrequin, faites en un matériau de métal pulvérulent doté d'une résistance relativement élevée, et (ii) des zones de la bielle qui sont usinées pendant la fabrication, comme par exemple l'alésage du piston, l'alésage du vilebrequin, et les alésages pour les vis à tête du côté vilebrequin, faites en un ou plusieurs matériaux de métal pulvérulent qui sont plus facilement usinables. Les matériaux de métal pulvérulent des zones usinées peuvent être rendus plus facilement usinables par l'utilisation de différentes compositions chimiques, de différentes densités frittées, et/ou de différentes valeurs de dureté frittée dans les zones, par exemple.
