Abstract

In order to display samples of goods which are mounted on sales-rack shelves (10), and may be, in particular, small items, use is made of a display arrangement which comprises a retaining rail (21) and a display rail (31). The retaining rail (21) is of essentially Z-shaped configuration, engages by way of a bottom part (20), which is angled in a U-shaped manner, in an upwardly open U-shaped groove (12) on the front edge of the shelf (10), and is supported on the surface of the shelf (10) by way of a free flange (23). The display rail (31) engages from above, by way of a retaining leg (30), in the U-shaped part (20) of the retaining rail (21) and has a first surface-area part (32), which runs obliquely downwards and forwards, and a second surface-area part (33), which adjoins the bottom end of the first part and is oriented essentially in the forward direction, for accommodating the goods samples. All the parts are sheet-metal parts which engage one inside the other simply by plugging and latching actions and are thus retained in their desired position.
