Abstract

L'invention concerne un équipement pour l'hydrolyse discontinue ou continue de matière organique selon la figure 1 et la figure 2, lequel équipement comprend un bassin de réception (1) qui est reliée à un broyeur (2), auquel un réservoir de mesure (16) est relié, et qui est aussi connectée à un hydrolyseur (3) interconnecté par un tuyau de décharge (12) au détendeur (13) avec un tuyau relié (4) pour évacuer les vapeurs usées, également en connexion avec le condenseur (5) auquel est relié le tuyau (6) transportant le milieu réfrigérant, ainsi que le tuyau (7) de la sortie de milieu réfrigérant et le tuyau (8) transportant le condensat usé et non les gaz condensés. Ce tuyau est en plus connecté au dégazeur (9) auquel est reliée la soufflante (11) aspirant les gaz non condensés, également en connexion avec le tuyau (10) de condensat usé relié au détendeur (13) auquel la pompe (14) de matière bouillie interconnectée au fermenteur (15) est connectée. L'hydrolyseur (3) est conçu de sorte que le tuyau relié (17) assure l'alimentation en vapeur d'eau et que le tuyau (18) évacue le condensat de vapeur d'eau de l'hydrolyseur (3).
