Abstract
Système de détection (100) permettant de balayer un substrat (8) d'un faisceau de rayonnement d'excitation dans le but de détecter des sites de luminescence. Le balayage est réalisé à l'aide d'un déflecteur optique (5) servant à faire varier un angle d'incidence du faisceau de rayonnement d'excitation sur un élément de focalisation unique (7) placé dans un trajet de rayonnement entre le déflecteur (5) et le substrat (8). La variation de l'angle d'incidence sur l'élément de focalisation unique (7) permet de déplacer le foyer du faisceau de rayonnement d'excitation dans le plan focal de l'élément de focalisation (7) dans lequel est placé le substrat (8) et donc d'assurer un balayage rapide du faisceau de rayonnement d'excitation. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, on superpose un mouvement de balayage supplémentaire dans une direction sensiblement différente pour permettre le balayage d'un secteur pertinent du substrat (8). Le mouvement de balayage supplémentaire peut être obtenu à l'aide d'un système optique en deux parties où seuls l'élément de focalisation unique (7) et le déflecteur optique (5) sont mobiles par rapport au substrat (8), les autres composants optiques restant fixes par rapport à ce dernier au cours du balayage.
