Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine à laver à chargement frontal comprenant un tambour de lavage (3) logé de manière rotative autour d'un axe de tambour (5) au moins approximativement horizontal, muni d'une ouverture de chargement frontale (21), un bac à lessive (4) muni d'une ouverture de bac (7) frontale disposée de manière concentrique par rapport à l'ouverture de chargement (21), et un boîtier (1) entourant le bac à lessive (4) muni d'une ouverture frontale de chargement et de déchargement (2), l'ouverture de bac (7) étant reliée de manière étanche aux liquides à l'ouverture de chargement et de déchargement (2), par l'intermédiaire d'une manchette élastique (8). Entre l'ouverture de chargement (21) et l'ouverture de bac (7), la manchette (8) présente une lèvre de blocage (26), qui doit empêcher un retour de l'eau d'essorage causé par l'écoulement d'air à travers l'ouverture de chargement et ainsi un nouveau mouillage du linge. La ligne de faîte libre (27) de la lèvre de blocage (26) est à cet effet appliquée sur une zone annulaire (24) du tambour de lavage (3).
