OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓNOBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a housing for mobile phones, electronic agendas, and similar portable devices, of the type that usually incorporate a rechargeable battery that provides them with a certain autonomy.

The object of the invention is to provide a housing that, in addition to fulfilling its function of protecting the internal circuits of the device, provides the necessary power supply for the operation of the device, in order to give it greater autonomy that allows its operation in case of eventual discharge of the battery or power batteries of said device.

ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓNBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

As is known, the use of mobile phones, electronic agendas and similar portable devices is increasingly widespread in society.

Said devices comprise an electrical circuit that is powered by a battery or electric batteries, the recharging of which is carried out by means of external devices, mainly electric chargers for connection to the distribution grid.

The problem with these types of devices is that they have a limited autonomy, so that at the time when the battery charge is depleted, the user of the mobile phone or similar may not carry the corresponding battery charger, or simply be in a place, such as the field, the beach, etc., in which you do not have a plug for the connection of said charger.

Although battery chargers are independent of the electricity distribution network, such as small dynamos or solar panels that, by connecting to the power supply of the device charger, allow the operation of the device, these elements constitute external elements outside the phone. mobile, electronic agenda or similar, and that in many cases, due to lack of foresight or carelessness, the user will not carry with them, at the right moment in which the total discharge of the battery of said device occurs.

For this and more specifically, the housing that is recommended, starting from the conventional structuring of this type of housing as an envelope for the internal circuitry of the device, obtained based on a shock-resistant material, such as plastic, metal or similar, and being able to be constituted from two or more pieces that can be coupled together, it focuses its characteristics on the fact of incorporating, on the rear face of the housing, a large window in which a photovoltaic plate or solar cell is arranged, of appropriate power to feed the internal circuit of the device, being said photovoltaic plate associated with the corresponding voltage / intensity regulator, whose output is electrically connected in parallel with the battery of the device to the internal power supply of the circuit, so that said mobile phone or PDA can be used without the need for the battery It is installed in the device, being able to directly feed the solar panel, allowing the recharging of said battery when it is not being used, and if the lighting conditions allow it.

Logically, the housing of the invention may have the classic window for the external power supply, in order to allow the recharging of the device in the same way by conventional means, given poor lighting conditions.

A housing is thus obtained that provides the device that protects it from greater autonomy, since said photovoltaic panel can be powered by both sunlight and other light sources such as lamps, spotlights, etc.
