Abstract

 本発明の目的は、基本構造の異なる芳香族単位からなるブロックを二種類以上含み、高分子量で狭い連鎖長分布および分子量分布を持つブロック共重合体を与える製造方法、及びこの製造方法によって製造されるブロック共重合体を提供することにある。  特定の一般式で表される芳香族化合物から選ばれ、Arがそれぞれ異なる芳香族化合物二種以上を、特定の一般式で表されるホスフィン化合物を含むニッケル錯体または特定の一般式で表されるホスフィン化合物を含むパラジウム錯体の存在下で、順次反応させてそれぞれの芳香族化合物からなるブロックを順次形成するブロック共重合体の製造方法であって、上記二種以上の芳香族化合物を、それらの、芳香環電荷パラメーターの値の大きいものから小さいものへの順に反応させるブロック共重合体の製造方法。
