Abstract

本発明に係る再送制御方法は、送信側装置10が、物理データチャネルに関連付けられている物理制御チャネルを介して、新規パケットの送信時に更新される新規データ指示子を送信する物理制御チャネル送信工程と、受信側装置30が、前回の送信機会においてパケットの受信成功を示す送達確認情報を送信しており、かつ、今回の送信機会において前記物理制御チャネルを介して受信した新規データ指示子が更新されていない場合であっても、今回の送信機会において前記物理データチャネルを介して受信したパケットに対して復号処理を行い、該復号処理の結果に基づいて、前記パケットに対する送達確認情報を送信する送達確認情報送信工程とを有する。
