Abstract

 液体が密封された第1密封領域への気体漏れを防止すると共に気体が密封された第2密封領域への液体漏れを、より確実に防止することを可能とする。  第1密封領域Oへの窒素ガス漏れを防止すると共に第2密封領域Gへの油漏れを防止する密封装置50において、第1密封領域O側に設けられる第1シールリップ51のリップ先端の形状と第2密封領域G側に設けられる第2シールリップ52のリップ先端の形状が、第1シールリップ51がピストン32の表面に対して摺動した際に摺動部分に形成される油膜の厚みが、第2シールリップ52がピストン32の表面に対して摺動した際に摺動部分に形成される油膜の厚みよりも薄くなるように構成されていることを特徴とする。
