Abstract

In a driver management device for managing the driver of a vehicle, condition estimating means (14) estimates the condition of the driver on the basis of sensing information collected by sensing means (11, 12, 25), extracting means (14) extracts a part of the sensing information as a capture region according to the estimation result, capture information storage means (16) extracts sensing information corresponding to the extracted capture region and stores it as capture information, judging means (14) judges whether or not the estimation result satisfies a report condition, and control means (23, 24) reads the capture information corresponding to the judged estimation result if it is judged that the estimation result satisfied the report condition and transmits the read capture information along with the estimation result to an external center (30).
