Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de surveillance de performance de réseau, comprenant la mise à disposition d'un premier indicateur de performance de réseau sur la base d'une performance de réseau en termes de fonctionnement de bout en bout; ensuite, la mise à disposition d'un second indicateur de performance de réseau sur la base d'une performance d'un noeud à l'intérieur du réseau, le second indicateur de performance de réseau étant apparenté au premier indicateur de performance de réseau. Le premier et second indicateur de performance de réseau sont corrélés pour identifier et cerner un problème dans le noeud ou le réseau.
