Abstract
Selon l'invention, dans le soudage par friction-malaxage classique, un outil fileté en rotation est pressurisé et poussé dans une partie de soudure d'un élément de soudure à une température ordinaire et déplacé dans le sens de soudure, de sorte à induire un écoulement plastique et à obtenir le malaxage et réaliser ainsi le soudage. Le soudage par friction-malaxage classique est limité du point de vue de sa vitesse et de sa qualité. Pour résoudre ce problème, l'élément de soudure est chauffé pendant le soudage par friction-malaxage, de sorte à induire un écoulement plastique plus facilement qu'à une température ordinaire, ce qui permet d'améliorer la vitesse et la qualité du soudage.
