- the plastic composite panel includes a panel 22, a bottom plate 24, a honeycomb core 26, and a lining member 28.
- the main body of the lining member 28 has a cross section similar to the "side U" shape, and its upper and lower end faces respectively extend relative to each other to form a positioning member.
- the outer side of the body of the lining member 28 is provided as a curved surface.
- the upper surface of the main body of the lining member 28 is downwardly machined with an upper step which is approximately equal to the thickness of the panel 22; the lower surface of the main body of the lining member 28 is upwardly machined to the lower step, the height of which is approximately equal to the thickness of the bottom plate 24.
- the height of the body of the lining member 28 is approximately equal to the height between the panel 22 and the bottom panel 24.
- honeycomb core 26 is filled between the panel 22 and the bottom plate 24, and the lining member 28 is sandwiched between the panel 22 and the bottom plate 24, and the lining member 28 completely covers the honeycomb core 26 along the periphery of the honeycomb core 26.
- the upper step of the main body of the lining member 28 abuts against the outer end surface of the panel 22; the lower step abuts against the outer end surface of the bottom plate 24.
- the upper and lower surfaces of the main body of the lining member 28 are fixedly bonded to the lower bottom surface of the panel 22 and the upper surface of the bottom plate 24 by glue, respectively.
- the plastic composite panel includes a panel 22, a bottom plate 24, a honeycomb core 26, and a lining member 28.
- the outer periphery of the panel 22 extends downwardly to form a first upper bead 321; the edge of the bottom plate 24 is recessed downward into a stepped step 341, and the outer periphery of the stepped groove 341 extends upwardly to form a first lower bead 342.
- a step is formed inwardly in the lower middle portion of the first lower bead 342.
- the width of the step is about the thickness of the first upper bead 321 and the position of the step corresponds to the position of the lower end surface of the first upper bead 321 .
- the lining member 28 includes a lower edge member and a side edge member fixedly coupled to the lower edge member.
- the lower edge member includes a lower bottom edge and a lower bottom edge extending upwardly, and a top member and an upper top edge fixedly coupled to the end surface of the first member.
- the structure of the lower member is fitted to the stepped groove 341.
- the honeycomb paper core 26 is filled between the panel 22 and the bottom plate 24, and the lining member 28 is sandwiched between the panel 22 and the bottom plate 24.
- the wavy protrusion of the side members abuts against the outer side of the honeycomb paper core 26, and the lining
- the piece 28 completely encloses the honeycomb core 26 along the periphery of the core of the core.
- the inner side of the first lower hem 341 on the step is fixedly bonded to the outer side of the lining member 28 by glue; the inner side of the first upper rim 321 is fixedly bonded to the portion on the step by glue.
- the plastic composite panels each include a panel 22, a bottom plate 24, a honeycomb paper core 26, and a lining member 28. It is characterized in that the honeycomb paper core 26 is non-integral and consists of a honeycomb paper core body 26 and a honeycomb corner 261. Such a structure may require lifting strength around or facilitating assembly of the liner member.
- This embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that the honeycomb paper core of the present invention can be replaced by a plastic foaming material, particularly a foamed sheet.
- the utility model relates to a storage cabinet, wherein the top plate, the lower plate, the side plate, the rear plate and the door panel of the cabinet are all or part of a plastic composite plate, and a lining member is embedded in the composite plate for use between the plates. Connected and fixed.
- the invention has the advantages of simple structure, strong practicability, suitable for large-scale industrial production, and good industrial applicability.
