Abstract

 取得された蛍光画像中において病変部を際立たせることができ、正確な診断を行うことを可能とする。血管により吸収される波長帯域の照明光と、病変部に特異的に集積する蛍光色素を励起して薬剤蛍光を発生させる励起光とを観察対象部位(S)に照射する光源部(2)と、同一の観察対象部位(S)に対し、前記照明光および前記励起光を照射して得られた反射光および蛍光をそれぞれ撮影して画像を取得する撮像部(15,16)と、該撮像部(15,16)により取得された反射光画像の輝度を平滑化して参照画像を取得し、取得された参照画像に基づいて前記蛍光画像を補正する画像処理部(4)とを備える蛍光観察装置(1)を提供する。
