Abstract

 母材および溶接金属が、質量%で、C:0.3%以下、Si:2%以下、Mn:0.01~3.0%、P:0.04%を超えて0.3%以下、S:0.03%以下、Cr:12~30%、Ni:6~55%、希土類元素:0.2%を超えて0.6%以下、sol.Al:0.001~3%およびN:0.3%以下を含有し、残部がFeおよび不純物からなり、かつ「(Cr+1.5×Si+2×P)/(Ni+0.31×Mn+22×C+14.2×N+5×P)<1.388」の式を満足するオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼溶接継手は、P含有量が高く、完全オーステナイト凝固するにも拘わらず、耐溶接凝固割れ性に優れている。このため、溶接施工が要求される用途に幅広く適用することができる。なお、上記の式中の元素記号は、その元素の質量%での含有量を表す。
