Abstract

　高背化、大型化を招くことなく、中心電極の交差角度を小さくして挿入損失の低下を図ることのできる非可逆回路素子を得る。 　永久磁石により直流磁界が印加されるフェライト（３２）と、フェライト（３２）に配置された中心電極（３５），（３６）と、回路基板とを備えた非可逆回路素子。中心電極（３５）は導体膜（３５ａ），（３５ｂ）にて形成され、中心電極（３６）は導体膜（３６ａ）～（３６ｈ）にて形成されている。フェライト（３２）の主面（３２ａ）上には中心電極（３６）の導体膜（３６ｂ），（３６ｄ），（３６ｆ），（３６ｈ）が形成され、その上に絶縁膜（３７）を介して中心電極（３５）の導体膜（３５ａ）が形成されている。また、主面（３２ｂ）上には中心電極（３５）の導体膜（３５ｂ）が形成され、その上に絶縁膜（３８）を介して中心電極（３６）の導体膜（３６ａ），（３６ｃ），（３６ｅ），（３６ｇ）が形成されている。
