Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine verbesserte molekularbiologische Prozessanlage sowie ein verbessertes Verfahren zur Prozessierung biologischer Proben. Die Erfindung kombiniert die Bereitstellung biologisch funktionaler Moleküle wie Nukleinsäuren und Peptide sowie von Derivaten oder Analoga dieser beiden Molekülklassen in miniaturisierten Flusszellen mit der seriellen Zugabe von Reagenzien oder Fluiden und dient der Bearbeitung von biologischen Proben, wie Proteinen, Nukleinsäuren, biogener kleiner Moleküle wie z.B. Metaboliten, Viren oder Zellen, die dazu in die miniaturisierten Flusszellen eingebracht werden. Die Erfindung bezieht sich weiterhin auf Verfahren und auf die Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen molekularbiologischen Prozessanlage zum Nachweis oder/und zur Isolierung von Nukleinsäuren; zur Sequenzierung; zur Punktmutationsanalyse; zur Analyse von Genomen und/oder Chromosomen; zur Herstellung synthetischer Nukleinsäuren; zur Herstellung von Arrays von Primern, Sonden und/oder Antisense-Molekülen; sowie weiterer analytischer und synthetischer Verfahren.
