本发明涉及一种全绝缘防水开关柜
背景技术:
专利号为【02257628. 2】公开的一种实用新型的六氟化硫气体绝缘金属 封闭开关设备,其结构是带有三工位开关的断路器安装在充有六氟化硫气体 的充气箱体中, 通过具有气密性的电缆外锥头、母线连接器和回路接通, 充 气箱体安装在柜体的底座上, 柜体的机构和控制室安装在充气箱体上。该发 明虽然体积仅为空气绝缘开关设备的 60 %,减小了安装空间,一次主回路带 电部件不受外界环境影响, 但开关的操作机构与二次控制保护系统(集成式 数字控制与保护装置)置于大气中, 易受环境影响, 一旦被水浸没不能持续 运行; 同时六氟化硫在电暈、火花及电弧放电作用下产生多种有毒、腐蚀性 气体, 对环境会造成一定的污染, 且元器件固定安装后不易于进行检修。 发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种全绝缘防水开关柜, 该全绝缘防水开关柜不仅 安全可靠环保, 而且结构简单紧凑, 体积小, 易于检修, 短期内水浸没可持 续运行
本发明的全绝缘防水开关柜, 包括柜体, 柜体内设有母线室、 断路器室 和电缆室, 其特征在于: 所述的断路器室内设有位于导轨上的具有隔离动触 头的移动式断路器, 所述断路器室内还设有隔离静触头, 所述的隔离静触头 包括母线端隔离静触头和电缆端隔离静触头,所述的母线端隔离静触头与深
入断路器室的分支母线内接头相连接,所述的电缆端隔离静触头与深入断路 器室的电缆内接头相连接, 所述的断路器室完全气密, 并设有可打开的气密 性封板。
本发明的显著特点: 一方面保留了空气绝缘的中置式开关柜, 装配了可 移开的断路器, 实现断路器互换, 与柜内其它元器件的检修、 更换; 又克服 了中置柜易受环境中凝露、 污秽等危害的缺点。
另一方面,不仅保留了充气柜中一次主回路元器件不受环境影响的优点, 并将断路器的操作机构与集成式数字控制与保护装置置于密封气室内,实现 了对它们的防护; 又克服了焊接的密封气室内元器件不可维修、更换和需充 六氟化硫压力气体的缺点, 大气压下密封气室内充普通气体即可实现小型 化。

本发明的全绝缘防水开关柜, 包括柜体, 柜体内设有母线室 1、 断路器 室 2和电缆室 3,其特征在于:所述的断路器室 2内设有位于导轨 19上的具 有隔离动触头 4的移动式断路器 6, 所述断路器室 2内还设有隔离静触头, 所述的隔离静触头包括母线端隔离静触头 7和电缆端隔离静触头 8, 所述的 母线端隔离静触头 7与深入断路器室的分支母线内接头 9相连接,所述的电 缆端隔离静触头 8与深入断路器室的电缆内接头 10相连接, 所述的断路器 室 2完全气密, 并设有可打开的气密性封板 11, 打开气密性封板 11, 可将

为了使该全绝缘防水开关柜结构更加合理,所述的移动式断路器行走机 构的驱动手控转柄 12和断路器灭弧室操作机构 5的手控转柄 13分别伸出断 路器室外, 手力驱动手控转柄 12移动式断路器 6可在导轨 19上移动, 实现 隔离动触头 4与隔离静触头 7、 8啮合或分开, 完成开关柜一次负荷回路中 隔离断口的通或断; 手力驱动手控转柄 13, 实现断路器灭弧室操作机构 5 的手动储能或触发了操作机构 5带动灭弧室合闸、分闸, 完成开关柜一次负 荷回路中开关断口的通或断;上述的断路器室 2内设有位于电缆端隔离静触 头 8旁的电缆接地开关 16, 驱动电缆接地开关 16, 其动触头合闸到电缆端 隔离静触头 8上, 再通过与之相连接的电缆内接头 10, 实现了电缆 20的接 地, 电缆接地开关 16的操作转柄 17伸出断路器室 2外。
上述的移动式断路器 6是真空断路器、 真空负荷开关、 真空接触器或真 空负荷开关与熔断器的组合电器。
为了提高该全绝缘防水开关柜的安全防护等级, 与所述的分支母线内接 头 9相连的防水主母线 18设置在位于断路器室 2下方的母线室 1内, 防水 主母线 18贯穿柜体, 实现开关柜两侧扩展; 电缆 20竖设于断路器室 2后的 电缆室 3内, 所述的电缆 20为防水电缆, 所述的电缆或断路器室内的分支 母线外套设有电流互感器 14, 所述电流互感器 14与用以控制断路器操作机 构 5工作的集成式数字控制与保护装置 15相连接。
为了提高该全绝缘防水开关柜的安全防护等级, 所述的集成式数字控制 与保护装置 15设于所述的断路器室 2内。
为了提高电压等级, 上述的断路器室内充满绝缘压力气体。

权利要求书
1、 一种全绝缘防水开关柜, 包括柜体, 柜体内设有母线室 (1 )、 断 路器室(2)和电缆室(3), 其特征在于: 所述的断路器室(2) 内设 有位于导轨(19)上的具有隔离动触头(4)的移动式断路器 (6) , 所 述断路器室 (2) 内还设有隔离静触头, 所述的隔离静触头包括母线 端隔离静触头 (7)和电缆端隔离静触头 (8), 所述的母线端隔离静 触头(7)与深入断路器室的分支母线内接头(9)相连接, 所述的电 缆端隔离静触头 (8) 与深入断路器室的电缆内接头相连接 (10), 所 述的断路器室完全气密, 并设有可打开的气密性封板 (11)。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的全绝缘防水开关柜, 其特征在于: 所述 的移动式断路器行走机构的手控转柄(12)和断路器灭弧室操作机构

7、根据权利要求 6所述的全绝缘防水开关柜, 其特征在于: 所述 的集成式数字控制与保护装置 (15) 设于所述的断路器室(2) 内。
8、根据权利要求 7所述的全绝缘防水开关柜, 其特征在于: 所述 的断路器室内充满绝缘压力气体。
