Abstract

 本発明の変性共役ジエン系重合体の製造方法は、ビニル含量が10%未満で、かつシス-1,4-結合含量が75%以上の、活性末端を有する共役ジエン系重合体に、特定の官能基を二つ以上含有するヘテロクムレン化合物を反応させることにより一次変性反応を行って一次変性共役ジエン系重合体を得る工程(A)と、得られた一次変性共役ジエン系重合体に、アミノ基、イミノ基、メルカプト基及び水酸基からなる群より選択される一つ以上の官能基を含有する活性水素含有化合物を反応させることにより二次変性反応を更に行って二次変性共役ジエン系重合体を得る工程(B)と、を備えた変性共役ジエン系重合体の製造方法であり、低発熱性(低燃費性)及び耐摩耗性に優れた変性共役ジエン系重合体を得ることができる。
