Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de produits cellulaires qui comprend l'étape de chauffage d'un moulage d'une composition comprenant un polymère, un agent de formation de cellules et un agent gonflant de type par décomposition à une température à laquelle le polymère peut être fondu pour expanser le moulage par la décomposition de l'agent gonflant et l'étape d'extraction de l'agent de formation de cellules à partir du moulage expansé par dissolution de l'agent de formation de cellules dans un solvant pour former des cellules ouvertes dans le moulage.
