Abstract

本発明は、長期に渡って安定した発光特性を維持することができる有機エレクトロルミネセンス素子を備える有機エレクトロルミネセンスパネル、有機エレクトロルミネセンスディスプレイ、有機エレクトロルミネセンス照明、及び、それらの製造方法を提供する。本発明の有機エレクトロルミネセンスパネルは、素子基板と、上記素子基板に対向する封止基板と、上記素子基板の封止基板側に形成された有機エレクトロルミネセンス素子とを備える有機エレクトロルミネセンスパネルであって、上記有機エレクトロルミネセンスパネルは、素子基板と封止基板との間を封止する第一封止部材と、上記第一封止部材から離れた位置で有機エレクトロルミネセンス素子を被覆する第二封止部材とを備え、上記第一封止部材と第二封止部材との間に形成された空間が減圧又は真空状態であるものである。
