Abstract

 本発明はろう付後強度が高く、かつ、高耐食性であるとともに、ろう付性に優れる熱交換器用アルミニウム合金ブレージングシートを提供する。熱交換器用アルミニウム合金ブレージングシート1aは、芯材2と、この芯材2の一面側に形成された犠牲材3と、この芯材2の他面側に形成されたAl-Si系合金からなるろう材4とを備える。犠牲材3は、Fe:0.03~0.30質量%、Mn:0.01~0.40質量%、Si:0.4~1.4質量%、Zn:2.0~5.5質量%、Mg:0.05質量%以下を含有し、残部がAlおよび不可避的不純物からなり、かつ、ろう付時における600°C×5分間熱処理後の結晶粒径が100~400μmである。
