Abstract

In the wireless telephone device according to the invention, screening means (42) for the protection of a user against electromagnetic waves emitted by a transmission antenna (31) of the wireless telephone device, are integrated in a casing (10) of the wireless telephone device, in particular in a front portion (12) of the housing which faces the user. The screen means (42) includes screening paints (32), screening fabrics (34) and screening foils (40). SAR reductions better than 80 % are attained.
