The inventive bottle plug comprises a bottom-open hollow body (1), a top end surface (2) provided with a detachable element (3), a drain bush (5) which communicates with the internal surface of the body (1), is axially arranged with said detachable element (3) and comprises top (9) and lower (10) sockets, wherein the top socket is provided with a baffle and the top external part of the drain bush (5) is provided with a screw joint which connects it to a lock bushing (7), the end socket (18) of which embraces from outside the end of the top socket (9) of the drain bush (5) and contains a baffle, which is embodied in the form of a capsule (11), the walls (12) of which are made of a transparent flexible and elastic material and the internal cavity of which comprises an electric circuit, wherein the top surface of the capsule (11) is brought into contact with the socket (18) of the lock bushing (5) which comprises a collar (19) on the side of the capsule (11).
